We honestly can’t thank Chris Vipond at Threshold Mortgages enough for everything he did for us. From the very first conversation, Chris was incredibly helpful, patient, and honest — qualities that made such a difference throughout the whole mortgage process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our (many!) questions, and made sure we fully understood every step before moving forward.
What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about helping us find the best possible mortgage deal for our situation. He never rushed us or made us feel pressured, and he was always quick to respond whenever we needed advice or reassurance. Chris went above and beyond to make a complicated and sometimes stressful process feel smooth and manageable, and we’re so grateful for his professionalism, kindness, and honesty.

The staff memebers whom we engaged with on this mortgage arrangements journey have been outstanding. They were personable and profesional in their conduct. Their knowledge of the financial products relating to mortgages was outstanding. They were in every stage keen to understand our needs and equally proactive in finding appropriate and affordable solutions which met our needs. Their customer service from customer onboarding through to service delivery were admirable.
My wife and I would proudly recommend them to anyone seeking help for residential property mortgage arrangements.

Absolutely amazing service so far, just got our mortage offer.
I would like to praise joe kilpatrick he was on it from the start absolutely amazing his service is top, as first time buyers he explained everything communication was amazing, anything I wasn't sure of he explained so I understood. Very communication was fast every time, even now waiting for completion which is a while away he still there supporting, even now got case worker that is also communicating promptly each stage, I wouldn't choose any other mortage broker, im so impressed so far.
