Total joke. Been caught again the company is a scam. Stay clear

The person fixed the leak but would not comeback and clear the mess he left .. the k would absolutely would not recommend this Comcat all

all I have to say is that this company's drivers have no idea of driving or parking just put there van in the middle of a road blocking entry for people to drive down seriously re take your tests

I’m not usually one for unsolicited reviews, but something needed to be said here.

The electricians were brought in to diagnose some electrical problems with the flat. Without any forewarning, they basically began upturning our apartment unplugging anything/everything in the flat to test outlets. Now, I completely understand that this was a necessary task for them to do their job, but the way they just tore into everything without any forewarning or communication was unsettling to say the least.

This alone wouldn’t have warranted this post, but the cherry on top is that eventually they said “OK we’re done” and took off. Not only did they fail to plug anything back in, but they didn’t communicate that they unplugged anything in the first place! This means that:

--Our pet lizard’s terrarium was completely unplugged/unheated (luckily we caught this one quickly enough so the lizard is fine).
--They pulled out our fridge in such a way that it was impossible to get it back into place. (We’re now waiting on a carpenter to amend the situation)
--They unplugged our freezer, which we didn’t catch until almost a week later! We’re lucky that we only lost about 25 quid worth of frozen goods, but we did have to spend an afternoon thoroughly cleaning it.

I would strongly admonish anyone who’s considering using their services to find another electrician, but if for some reason you have no choice, make sure you take a pass through your premises to ensure that everything is in its right place and has power before they depart.

Threesixty fitted a replacement hot water cylinder for me. They rerouted the associated pipework, connected up the electric immersion heater and disposed of the old cylinder. Everything carried out efficiently, on schedule and left absolutely tidy. And all that at a very fair price!

Conscientious, prompt and efficient. Cost fair and transparent for service received.

I was very happy with service especially as someone dealt with the problem straight away taking details over the phone and then sending out s plumber almost straight away in the evening. The admin at the office was also efficient.

The Threesixty team solved a longstanding problem we had with poor heat output from a set of 3 radiators. The solution was cost -effective, the work was done most efficiently and tidily. We would definitely invite them back for any future plumbing work.

I would just like to say we are really impressed with Paolo’s efficient work yesterday.
You managed to arrange an emergency appointment on the same day, which was a great relief as we had water dripping steadily through our bedroom ceiling. Then Paolo arrived on time, surveyed the problem, which was tricky as there was limited visibility and access due to its location, then managed to fix the leak, with as minimal disruption to the property as possible. Very pleased customers !!

We are thrilled with both our new bathrooms. Main bathroom is a sybarite's paradise. Shower room extensively tested and approved by guests over Christmas.

Both have turned out just as I wanted.

eden has carried out 2 jobs for me, one a full bathroom refurb on my FIL's sheltered housing Flat and a shower replacement in a rented house.

Both Jobs were carried out to the dates & price agreed. Minimal disruption and agrro.
