I really appreciate the one on one help when you need it. There's a chatbot that can be helpful at times, but there's always someone there to back it up quickly and efficiently!

do not hire them

We hired them to build our webshop based on approved designs and documentation. The estimated delivery time was 3 weeks, but the project stretched over several months.

Despite providing detailed instructions, files, screenshots, feedback documents, calls and even a full pre-prepared structure from another agency, the work was repeatedly returned without the requested changes implemented.

The website is, in our estimation, no more than 60% complete – with inconsistencies in layout, missing SEO setup, incorrect FAQ placement and overall lack of attention to detail. After several attempts to align the work, we had to end the collaboration and request a refund that we dident get.

Sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

Justin was an excellent support person…

Justin was an excellent support person at inventorylab (Seller 360). He understood and straightened out an issue I had with my account immediately.
The secret for getting support is to use the chat on the website and not emailing support.

Great Costumer Service
