Terrible customer service. Their website is not clear on the process with sending in your bags. I mailed six very full bags of clothing and shoes back in December. This is March 25 and after texting t... See more

Seller Beware!
I sent them over $375.00 worth of clothes, a lot of them were new with tags still on. What did I receive back? $1.77 credit. Are they serious?!?!
this is another HUGE waist of time
this is another HUGE waist of time
you are better off donating clothes to salvation army or churches
they pay pennies for your stuff and then have to pay to get them back
I waited over 2 weeks for them to send me a garbage bag with thier name on it.
I sent them decent clothes and paid to have my clothes processed
quicker
and of course they did that quick but it also took them days to get back to me in an email
after all that I tried to get my ridiculous balance
and ofcourse that was a pain
stay away from THREADUP absolutley garbage platform!!
Don't bother to send them anything !!!
Don't bother to send them anything !!!! You get nothing back 5 or 6 dollars. And I think they still owe me 6 more !!!!
Stay Away
Stay Away! if you want to donate, use PickUpPlease.org. They will pick up your stuff or send you a UPS label. The donation goes to USA Vets. Or donate to good will or Housing Works. If you want to make cash, use Poshmark. But, stay away from ThreadUp. I sent them laundered LuLu, Theory, Ann Taylor 25 pieces of clothes. Consignment would be $70 and cash out is $33! It takes FOREVER. Took 1 months for their pre-paid bag to get to me. Another 1 month for them to sort through the bag. Another 3 weeks for them to tell me how much is worth. If you decide to get the cash, you have to wait 2 weeks! That's 3+ month process. Plus they use a 3rd party vendor to cash out. They're not safe, been hacked. Also the 3rd party takes a percentage of your fee. this is a total scam. Stay away
Save your $ don’t shop here it’s not trusted place
I shopped here couple is times... I don’t think I will again it’s just not as poshmark. The restocking fees and + you won’t get back all the rest of your money back because they are just making you to get the credit store that way you can buy more from them! I don’t trust them anymore I got too old dress that you won’t even buy on garage sale for a $1 it cost $18 on their shop!!! 🙄
Thread Up is for closet cleaning
Thread Up is for closet cleaning, and for that it can be fun ! You can make more at a yard sale perhaps but if you are interested in seeing what the market is for items it is( or can be) a learning experience. They do have codes to reduce price.. You can earn a little bit . It is like you are helping to give people a job, plus if you like the learning and decluttering aspect they keep you informed. Do not send anything that you will regret though. The bags are free to ship and your shipping( I believe) comes out of your sold items. They seem to give the stuff they cannot sell to places to recycle. Not everyone is happy about the amount received though. Variety changes constantly so for a shopper it is nice~* do not forget to look for codes if buying first.
