BUYER BEWARE. Ordered January 19th, it is now April and nothing has arrived. Emailed them several times — complete silence. No updates, no tracking, no refund. This company takes your money and disappears. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere!!

I have not received my chair yet. I had just ordered it however, I did receive a personal letter from Felix telling me where it was and when we would probably be receiving it. They seem like a very easy company to deal with.

Tracking showed my chairs being delivered in TX. I live in Alabama. Levi promptly reached out to me after I emailed them to let me know that was a mistake and my chars were on the way.

Nothing helpful has been done. I've been waiting for a couch for 4 months, the original expected delivery was 6 weeks.

I have ordered 5 beautiful bar stools. I was told I would get them around April 15, and I was so lucky, they were delivered 3 weeks early. The chairs are beautiful and great quality and I love them! Customer service is amazing. I bought one chair too much and they immediately responded that they will refund me my money. Great company to work with!
