Laura was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Moving from England to Scotland I knew the process would be different but Laura explained everything fully as we went along. On top of this, when it came to legal jargon for the deeds and other documents, Laura compiled an easy to read guide (alongside the originals) which explained in layman's terms exactly what I needed to know. Professional, competent, knowledgeable and super friendly I would highly recommend Laura at Thorntons to anyone purchasing a property
