The quality of the training was excellent! Being in a small group enabled me to get a far better understanding of the equipment we were using. Also, we continuously exchanged roles in the scenarios we were practising so that we covered every aspect of what we need to know for FREC 4.
Eddie, the trainer, is highly knowledgeable and is keen to share that knowledge with everyone; he also made the learning environment fun and stress free -apart from the scenarios!
I thoroughly enjoyed everyday of the course and have learned a lot. I would certainly recommend this course to anyone taking the step to FREC 4.

Wow Thor Medical. What a fantastic week I’ve just had. The warm welcome when I walked through the door on day 1 lasted all the way to day 5. The knowledge and guidance both Eddie (tutor) and Brandon who owns the company showed myself and my colleagues was so fantastic. The slides that Eddie put together were very bright, colourful and kept us engaged all week and his style of teaching made all the topics so much easier to understand. The practical scenarios were all very positive with Eddie's feedback and we all especially loved showing him we could put him safely on a scoop and carry him out of the door! I would highly recommend Thor Medical to anyone who is looking to improve their First Aid skills and grow into first responders and beyond. 👍

Well, what can I say. What an absolutely outstanding company, i recently did my First response emergency care level 3 course with Thor medical. From the moment you walk through the door the staff are so welcoming. They had a provided more than enough refreshments. Clean and well organised. Eddie the trainer for the course was absolutely brilliant. His patience, ability to encourage everyone and get the very best from all participants was inspiring to see.
Brandon the Company Director, is so supportive. Ensuring we all felt welcome, warm and listened to.
It was clear to me from the 1st day of the course that this was going to be a great week. It was the best training course I’ve been on. By the end of the week we had all passed and enjoyed a mini celebration.which was greatly welcomed by all. Before I left I made sure I’d booked my self on to their FREC 4 course in February as I wouldn’t want to do my training with anyone else. Massive thank you to Thor Medical.
