Delivery and Product better than expected
My order came faster than expected to the U.S. It had little extras that I love! Little pillow, a nice bag. and samples! Always "Yes!" to samples! And the Smoke and Mirrors cologne is amazing! It's unique, and I love that! Definitely will order from Thomson Carter again!

Excellent quality fragrances and body wash. A mix up was made with my recent order where the wrong items were sent, I contacted Thomson Carter and Gareth resolved the issue for me the same morning.

I placed an order for some perfume…
I placed an order for some perfume samples. I thought I chose the for her but when I cashed out it said for him. I contacted customer service at the email that was provided and Gareth was able to respond right away, address the issue and correct it quickly.

Beautiful scents
After seeing Thomson Carter on Instagram I thought I'd treat myself to a couple of their 10ml scents. They arrived quickly and came with two free samples (you can choose these at checkout). I did have a small issue with my order but Hassan in Customer Services dealt with it quickly and kindly. I am really enjoying my new scents and will be looking to purchase more from them in the future.

Please do not order from these. Yes the after shave is ok but they will take your money, not send you a confirmation email regarding your order, then when you ask they keep asking for an order number when there’s nothing to say you’ve ordered apart from your bank statement. They will take your money but not send your order. Please stay away from these. Shocking incompetent staff.

Truly the best customer experience ever
I’d been a little sceptical at first, though I did eventually decide to make a purchase.
My package arrived very quickly and was without damage, I eagerly opened the package and was extremely impressed by how well the contents were packaged.
The fragrance was impeccable “Smoke and Mirrors” truly was very impressive.
I also tried the two samples that had been supplied which I also found very impressive, thank you Thomson Carter.
Then I noticed that the body wash that was for free with my purchase, was missing from the parcel.
I replied to my order information email to make them aware of the missing item.
As it was the weekend, I kind of expected them to be back in touch with a response to my query after the weekend.
I was very surprised to find a response within a few hours, I’d had an automated reply asking for information, so I thought it best to wait till after the weekend, then I received a response from Sameer from their CS.
It appears that I had made an error when ordering, by not placing the “body wash” into my basket as well as the fragrance I had chosen.
Sameer was extremely helpful in explaining what I should do when making any future purchases to redeem any offers available.
I was extremely impressed with how professional and courteous Sameer had been whilst dealing with my query and became even more impressed when Sameer offered to send the body wash to me as a good will gesture.
All in all, I have been extremely impressed with Thomson Carter overall, their products are truly amazing, though to top my experience off even more, was the amazing help given by Sameer, a truly exceptional experience, thank you Sameer and Thomson Carter

My first order arrived with the bottle broken and empty. I contacted the company and they got right on it and sent me another bottle which arrived in perfect condition. This cologne smells so good it should be a crime.
