Extremely well-made furniture with many available fabric options
I got exactly what I wanted: information about how the furniture was made, excellent personal service from a salesman over a number of hours and trips to choose fabrics, customization of arm chair covers, extra pillows, great financing, on-time delivery (actually, it was early!). I literally could not have asked for more and when it is time to purchase again, Thomasville will be the first and probably the only place I go.

Great Customer service in store and after delivery!
Every part of the process was top level. The instore staff was wonderful to deal with as were delivery personnel. The furniture is top quality and we look forward to enjoying it for years.

Great furniture shopping experience
Our salesperson Michelle was great and even helped us with the special financing. They had the furniture we were interested in the showroom so we were able to actually see it. Overall a great shopping experience, and we would look to buy here again.

Problems with Sofa
We had lots of issues with the sofa and the service techs could not fix and we were told this is the last time we will fix and you are on your own. They could not fix it because it was a design flaw. We spent over USD 8,000 on the sofa. Never buy from them again.

Couch
Purchased 2 couches & 2 swivel chairs for the living room.
Couch cushions (2) in couch always dropped in between when sat upon.
We called but was told we were out of warranty but could buy inserts for $184 dollars for each cushion (4) . The cushions are fine we believe it is a design flaw . But was told we were out of luck. After spending over $6,000
