Our experience with Thomas James has been incredible. I’d been searching high and low for a kitchen company that could help me design a more elevated take on a shaker-style kitchen, and they absolutely nailed it.

From the outset, Andrew was endlessly patient — even taking phone calls with my children occasionally screaming in the background. And during our calmer conversations, he was so easy to talk to and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve. We never actually met in person, as we were in London and the kitchen was for our home in Gibraltar, but I put my trust in Thomas James, and they exceeded every expectation.

The team flew out during the summer holidays to fit the kitchen, returned later to paint, and even came back again after it had been used for a month to carry out some touch-ups. That’s when I finally met Tom, James and Stuart — the kindest, most professional and talented team, truly committed to delivering a beautiful final result.

We absolutely love our kitchen and have received so many compliments on it. The whole team has been an absolute pleasure to work with, so much so that we’re now looking into having them design more furniture for our home.

Thomas James have been outstanding from start to finish with our kitchen. Andrew the designer was very patient with our many(!) back and forths on the design and was very accommodating with everything we requested when choosing our layout and our dream kitchen has become our reality. It exactly what we wanted and more!
The fitters were amazing, so friendly and tidy and we couldn’t fault anything they did. Anything that needed fixing or changing they saw to it straight away. Gary was our main contact for organising everything and he was always so professional and responsive. The whole team have been fantastic and we would highly recommend Thomas James to anyone!!

From start to finish, our experience with Thomas James has been exceptional. We now have a very high quality, wonderful new bespoke kitchen and utility room that have made a huge impact on our way of life as a family and our quality of life.

Andrew, the designer was extremely patient and very welcoming when we visited the design studio in Wilmslow developing the designs for our new kitchen and utility room. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable and guided us so well and was very supportive through the whole design process. Nothing has been too much trouble for Andrew and the rest of the Thomas James team and the whole team have been so professional throughout the design, planning and fitting process.
Gary and his kitchen fitting team were wonderful too and were so courteous, professional and the attention to detail has been second to none. All our friends and family say our new kitchen and utility are stunning and love the new living space we have now.
We would definitely recommend Thomas James Bespoke as a Company to go to for first class service and beautiful designs, they are a wonderful company.

From the design to the installation Thomas James were brilliant to work with. The attention to detail throughout was exceptional and it was a pleasure to have their team in our home.

The finished kitchen was beyond our expectations. Excellent quality and value for money.

Should probably start with other people’s feedback. Firstly a joiner who was doing other work for us said he had never seen a better kitchen and that there are not many companies in the country who build to this quality. Secondly all our friends and family who have visited so far have been amazed by the transformation and without exception say it’s perfect especially for us and how we use the space.

From our perspective I only have 2 words First Class!!! The experience has been first class from our first planning meeting with Andrew through the installation process and then the post installation support all led by Gary and supported by the fantastic technicians.

The end result has met all my ‘requests’ made during the design process and is better than I could have imagined. It makes me smile every time I walk through the door.

In my opinion, every member of the team is the best in their field - from designer, to carpenters and painters!
After care is second to none. Every tiny detail is scrutinised once finished to get a first class quality finish.
