I’ve been waiting 15 weeks for My items. And have not been provided any update on expectant deliver or been provided the refund I requested 2 weeks ago. Do not order. Do not waste your time. There are many others who have voiced their disappointment but like myself, my IG comments are quickly erased. This is deceptive and bad business. I repeat, DO NOT ORDER.

Bought a Paisley print men's sport shirt. Fit is perfect and it arrived reasonably quick. All in all, would not hesitate to purchase from Thomas Dean on-line again. Nice shirt.

Thomas Dean "gets it" when it comes to quality of their product, and quick service. Their shirts do not look like all the others out there, and they make my son and husband look very hip and fashionable!

From start to finish, the process was great. The product is great! My husband loved the gift! He's looking forward to wearing it to a concert in a couple of weeks.

I love the Thomas Dean brand! I've purchased dress shirts for my husband where is stopped and asked, "where to I find a shirt like that?" And the Collegiate line has been great in helping as gifts for my son-in-laws.

I had asked for a special request and Laurie initially told me not possible. However, 4 or 5 hours later, she called and actually found what I was looking for! Excellent customer service. I actually found the one person who cared about what I wanted and truly wanted to make me happy instead of just saying no and forgetting about it!

I called a few days before Christmas to order a great LSU button down shirt for my husband. The rep was so helpful and the shirt made it in time for Christmas. I will certainly order again!

What a wonderful staff they have at Thomas Dean....I had a problem with my order and the website said no one is in sat or sunday. I sent an email and sure enough 2 hours later on a Saturday Laurie called me back and fixed my problem. Thank you for making my holiday shopping so much easier!!!

Had a problem with UPS and delivery but Lori at Thomas Dean sent a new one immediately and we got in time to mail to St. Louis! UPS returned the first one to Lori - Good looking Shirt -will definitely use this company again.

I placed an order and the next day received an email about the items going on sale. The day after received another email that an additional amount would be taken off if the order was over a certain amount. I would have qualified for both discounts and feel really cheated each time I received these notices because the store does not do adjustments for recent orders. If an order is placed within 24-48 hours of a sale, why can't you make an exception and allow the adjustment? The order wasn't even ready for shipment and getting the emails just felt like salt rubbed into an open wound. Please reconsider and allow price adjustments if within a short time window. Thanks.
