Thomas Builders of VA (owner Thomas Bell), his folks, wife, and Kathy (his administrator) has yet provided a plan to resolve long-overdue pending issues. It seems as though Thomas Builders of VA has left us high-and-dry. Therefore, I have no other alternative but to seek help from government reporting agencies and etc for help. Thomas Builders of VA has been given many, many opportunities to do what is right by PERMANENTLY fixing pending issues but this company seems to refuse to come back and work on effectively/permanently resolving matters to close. No other new-home construction owner should be subjected to what we have experienced with this company. Customers and quality should come before quantity/volume of homes being built. Just because you build a home, a company should exercise ethics, integrity, and customer satisfaction before ANYTHING else. As a new-home builder, warranties and obligations must be taken care of in a timely manner and in a manner that resolves issues PERMANENTLY. Note: I have been overly patient with this company. Electing to have Thomas Builders of VA to build us a home was a HUGE mistake. This has been a devastating new-home experience that I hope no one will have to experience as well.
