What a fantastic watch company these guys are. I bought one as it looked great and for £30 would I be disappointed ?
The answer was absolutely not. What a great watch . It’s looks fantastic and robust but added to that the accuracy is second to none. I will totally recommend and all I have to say is treat yourself to one !

Ordered my watch and was kept up to date with delivery expectations by email. I was also given a 20%discount for signing up to website.
Watch when it arrived was packaged well although I didn’t ask for a box. I got to wear the watch for a wedding and had nothing but positive comments from some of the guests.
More than happy with my purchase.

I received my watch Friday 8th August and it arrived scratched so I let them know. They replied pretty quickly so I was impressed, they asked for photos which I sent back. I’ve not heard anything since? DISAPPOINTED!

You're not gonna get your product.
I ordered my watch on 14th of July and still haven't received it. I sent multiple emails and phone calls but no response except one in which the guy claimed he just came back to the uk. How is there not team. Try calling the reception and they'll always say there's no one from the team available what a joke

I am really disappointed with the level of customer services and not knowing when my order will be delivered. I have sent a few emails with very little response apart they will check with the warehouse.
On their website it claims that delivery is 2-4 days which is clearly not true. Based on the level of services I would not recommend to my family and friends.

Totally dissatisfied and very disappointed it’s been more than a month chasing response of my emails, web chat bot , instagram page, about my order delivery and they ignore all my communication, incredible such a bad customer service in 2025, now I’m fighting for the refund with my bank this is incredible…finally I got the watches in my address after almost 2 months the customer service through IG says my case had particular issues so thanks to the team who finally made it possible

I've purchased 5 watches from Thomas & George so far this year. I've had nothing but amazing service from the owner and their Team. We have been well looked after. My latest watch will be worn at my wedding which I am looking forward to. It's a time piece which finishes off my suit.
