Do not place orders

Do not place orders! The products you order for the "sale" price are not even in stock. Because it is an international order. Your money is gone! God knows when I recieve my refund. Called costumer service. They do not help at all. The cancelled products of mine are still in stock. Really dissapointend in Europe"s "BIGGEST" music store. You can change it to Europe"s lowest costumer service!

Outstanding choice and service

This is for me, by far, the best online shop for musical gear in Continental Europe. Huge catalogue, extremely fast shipping times (with good companies, like UPS) and excellent after-sales service. After having used another German company for some time with delivery issues, I switched to Thomann and do not regret it at all : I will stick to them for a long time. Thanks !

30 Day Money Back Guarantee??????NOT!!!!!!!!!

They advertise on their website: "30 Days Money Back Guarantee".
Well, NOT!
I ordered a Superlux EVO HD 681 semi open. Received it and decided in a week I wanted to exchange it with the closed back version.
Contacted Thoman.
Had to pay 15euro to make that possible and pay for shipping again! I hadn't even asked for my money back, I just wanted a simple exchange.
So their advertising is misleading and I will never ever shop there again.
If you want great customer service and no LIES, order at Amazon.
