Accused of being a thief after terrible delivery experience
I waited over a month for my order with no delivery. The company then sent a replacement by express, but after four days there was still no tracking update and no reply from customer service. After a week of silence, I contacted PayPal, who issued a refund immediately.
A few days later the package resurfaced, and Richard from customer service finally contacted me. I explained I had already been refunded and he said he would retrieve the money from PayPal. I also explained how poor the overall experience had been.
His response? He told me he was glad I wouldn’t shop with them again, because they “don’t sell to thieves.” I was shocked by such an insulting and unprofessional reply.
