Teaching assistant course

Paid for £149 Level 2 Teaching Assistant course and took a few days to be enrolled, which is fine. However, when it comes time to do the quizzes, I go through and answer them but when I submit my answers, it says my results are being recorded and then nothing happens. It just stays stuck on that screen and you can't move ahead. I tried going back onto the course from my profile and it shows that I never completed the quiz! Luckily I saved my answers in a notepad. Tried contacting student support and no response! And they're never online. I don't know what to do.

I cant even get on

I cant even get on, password reset isn't working and I've even been trying to resolve the issue through email and still I cannot get on after days, im going to miss the due date for my module it is an absolute shambles
