A great experience!!!
The young man, Keiran, we spoke to initially was very nice, polite and very engaging. He was happy for us to check the company out before we made any decision to talk with Cameron.
When Cameron come to our home he was able to answer all questions, he also preempted much of what we would ask or be curious about.
He gave us encouragement to take the next step and was willing to negotiate around timeframes, providing us with extra information as we needed.
I highly recommend Cameron as someone easy to talk to, honest and able to answer every weird and wonderful question you can think of.

Best in the business
I cannot say a bad thing about the Think Renewable team!
From two and a half years ago a knock at the door and getting solar panels installed to most recently getting more additional solar panels as well as a battery.
David from Think Renewable was a pleasure to deal with, he would make time to visit after business hours once both my husband and I were home. He was polite and spoke to us in a way we could both understand.
It has been just over a week since the battery was installed and we can already see the amazing results checking our Energy Australia app.
I can't speak more highly about David and the Think Renewable team, and I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in solar panels and batteries.

A lady come to my door to sell solar panels. I asked for some information, a pamphlet, anything informative but was pushed with a booking instead which i didnt want. She slipped up and told me she's actually a back packer, which seems to be the case with many of these door to door sales people. Why? Maybe so they can dip before dookie hits the fan? She organised to get someone to come over at 7pm to discuss the options further but they never came. Blessing in disguise.

Our employees are all internal and thoroughly vetted. Our door knockers are there to book in a meeting with a Design Consultant for you. These are our solar experts who will walk you through everything you need to know in a free, no-obligation consultation. As renewables are a strong part of our brand, we don't like to use too many flyers, so this is the reason we prefer to organise a much more informative, straightforward face to face consultation.
Once an appointment has been booked we call 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to confirm the time still works and your details are correct. If you do not answer or call us back we do not send a Design Consultant out. I cannot identify you on our database but this could be an explanation as to what happened.

They use backpackers to do door knocks and charge double the price of the locals whilst they act like they are genuine and make you sign up on the spot with Plenti be very aware.
Given your feedback I would encourage everyone to get a quote face to face from their local provider before getting roped in by this company.

Convenience for you – Many of the customers we sign up are those who don’t have the time to look into solar, so they appreciate our approach. We completed 2,500 installations last year. 1 in 4 people we sit with sign up and are super happy.
We’re part of the NETCC as a retailer, members of NECA (National Electrical and Communication Association), and winners of the 'Outstanding Service & Trade' award at the 2024 Local Business Awards in Sydney. If this doesn’t speak to our credibility, we don’t know what will.

Batteries Wired Incorrectly. Horrible After-Sales Service.
We had solar batteries installed in Nov 2023 (by team A) by Feb 2024 I didn't see much difference in our energy bills. I reached out to them in Feb and they sent technicians (team B) to check on the batteries and they discovered that the unit was wired wrongly. They have wired it correctly now but beware, their after-sales service is horrible. They don't answer phones or don't call back or get back to you as promised. If I had to do it again, I would buy from someone else. Not happy....

From start to finish Think Renewable has been great. The initial canvassers wasn't pushy, but laid out the pros and cons of solar. Then I was handed to Alex H, who was a great help, and informative, and gave conservative energy saving estimates rather than overblown as others have in the past.
The install was very professional - they were early, professional, and clearly demonstrated the workings. They were respectful that I was working, and when the first install wasn't able to be completed due to rain, they promptly made a return date, which was sunny, and finished the job.

We were very happy with Think Renewable.
We installed a 21 panel x 9.24kw solar system from Think Renewable. George did a great job explaining the process of designing of the system size, panel layout and the available quality component options that would optimise our power savings and the process that they follow from the quote through to installation and their follow up support.
We opted for high quality panels and inverter, and the Think Renewable Team did a great job obtaining the approvals, arranging the govt rebate, and organising the installation which was complete in 1 day, 4 weeks after accepting the quote. The installation team were keen to do a neat job and consulted with us before, during and after the install to ensure were happy with the panel layout and inverter location. I gather it is not unexpected that a few tile breakages can occur when installing panels on a concrete tiled roof, but the team managed to complete the job without any breakages.
Access to the system monitoring app is a handy feature that allows you to make sure you are scheduling the operation of heavy power draw items such as pool pumps etc, at times which optimise the usage of the system generated power output.

Getting solar with Think was a breeze
Getting solar on at our place was something we always put off because we thought it would be too hard and unaffordable. We were so wrong and getting Solar with Think was so easy. From the first contact with Mark to final installations was a breeze. We had a small problem with connection after installation but Think was on the ball and had someone out to fix it the very next day.
