Never had a problem with think money and when you phone they are great

Since I joined really impressed with app, and excellent customer services when I had a querry

It was so easy the changeover from my previous card,and I don’t have to phone up and add money to my card everyday.it’s also a lot quicker getting your money,

I use thinkmoney app and I have experience very smooth and fast

Ana was amazing on the phone helped very quickly and effectively credit to the company hope every bank worked liked this

I never leave to other bank from uk one star for feedback...but Thinkmoney deserve it....and staff from voice call by costumer services they deserve just one star....I close already this account with this bank because i don't whant to have never anymore situation like that with them..never !!!

Moving my bank account to Think Money was a faultless and stress free experience. Apart from activating my ‘card’ all processes were completed by ‘Think Money’. All Direct Debits crossed over on time and no payments were missed and no payments doubled or taken from my ‘closing’ bank account. All other payments that you transfer money to on an adhoc basis were set up. The ‘app’ is simple to follow and includes a budgeting tool which is useful for future planning. On the one time I needed to call the customer service department (more for reassurance of a process not an issue), the staff were efficient, professional and friendly. Exceptional, painless transfer with additional options from the bank compared to my previous bank account.

I found it easy to use

Dreadful bank been with them for 17 years but I have a problem with a direct debit so call them to raise a claim under the direct debit guarantee scheme and they are refusing to deal with it stating that I need evidence legally all I have to do is let them know that a problem has arisen and they have to deal with it but they still won’t can’t speak to anyone in uk so I have gotten nowhere ps the direct debit concerned emptied my bank account and left us £5 to try to live on

Brilliant bank so easy and stress free to open

I am finding it difficult to find the loan to get married and want 10000 over 6 years. And it's not as easy as I thought it would be to get alone because of my pork credit. But I am willing to sort that out and willing to get back on track to a good credit history. And that's what I want. And am looking for a loan of 10000 pound over 6 years, thank you.

After spending over an hour with overseas agents that were in competent I phoned and spoke to a UK agent by the name of kaneil he sorted the issue in 23 minutes and provided a clear explanation. Excellent service and very polite. Think money reconsider the benefits of overseas section you would be better to expand your UK workforce.

Dont no what customer services is like never needed them . No complaints as yet my benifits paid in around 1.30 am and transfers in and out easy no problems instant.

So far so good. Easy to navigate app , decent customer services which is very hard to find now days.
