international shipping problems
according to their shipping policies, they cover any tax/duty for shipping to US, but DHL sent me a bill (~$55USD) for my order (which was under $200). I reached out to customer support three times over five days, twice via email and once through their customer support portal. I offered to pay fees, work with them as needed, but never received a response. The item ended up getting shipped back to them. I dread needing to get a refund for this item.

Great items but service needs improvement
I ordered embroidered shorts but received them only partly embroidered. When contacting the costumer service they offered to send me a new pair of shorts and I asked them to send them in a different size. Despite my request they notified me they will send me the same size due to their mistake. When I tried to correct their representative, they never responded back and shipped the wrong size shorts. Overall, good quality items but disappointing costumer service.

We replied to your messages within our usual 48 business hours timeframe and immediately contacted the carrier to investigate. According to GLS, the parcel was delivered with geolocation confirmation matching the address provided, although no apartment or unit details were included, which may have affected the delivery in a multi unit building.
We are currently assisting you to locate the parcel. If it cannot be found, we will of course proceed with the refund as requested. Should you still prefer a replacement instead, we will be very happy to arrange it as well.
We remain fully at your disposal and are committed to resolving this as quickly as possible.

Overall ok
Overall good. But it took bit longer than expected to get my order. I did keep the jacket in the end however it didn’t feel new when I opened it. Already crumpled a bit.

The support is very friendly, but the actual service, the delay of the response, the complicated process of the return, the fact that I have to get permission before a return, the handling fee etc.: That's not very customer friendly...

Hi Marco! Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really sorry it felt frustrating, as this is never what we want for our customers. Throughout the situation we’ve tried to apologise and offer a few compensations for the inconvenience, and we truly hope this shows how much we care about resolving it for you.
Returning an item is always a customer right. The wording about a return being “approved” simply reflects how our platform registers return requests in the system.
In your case the return was coming from outside the EU, which requires customs documentation. Because of this, the return label had to be created manually. We’re currently improving our return system and working on automating steps that are still manual so everything becomes much smoother very soon!
Regarding response times, we try to reply within 48 business hours as mentioned in our automatic message, although we understand that in situations like this the wait can feel longer.
Thanks again for your understanding, and we truly hope there will be another chance in the future.
