The necklace clasp broke in two days. Then engraving for the anklet was done well and got correctly

Awful product
I bought the bracelet for my wife, and when it arrived, the engravings were upside down. When I asked for a refund, they sent me a replacement (without my request). When the replacement arrived, it was also in poor condition, with multiple damages to the outside of the bracelet. I argued with the owner for several days, sending pictures and evidence, but it was all for nothing. They were so brazen as to offer me a "partial refund" of €12 when the error was theirs for sending it with incorrect engravings, sending an unsolicited replacement, and even sending a damaged replacement. I had to file a claim with the payment department, and fortunately, the case went in my favor, and I received a full refund. It's poor quality, and I don't recommend buying from this store in general. It's better to buy from a specialist.
