We had to purchase this insurance in order for our band to play at a Street Fair. I didn’t mind that, but your website was very confusing. Because we are a band I looked at it as myself and five other people. That made the insurance $50 for three hours, which is ridiculous.

I don't why we need insurance at a building that has its own insurance, but it was a painless way to do it. Very quick and efficient.

Very affordable pricing for business insurance

I got last minute insurance because I had to have it to play at a particular venue. Thimble was easy to navigate, but the price I paid was confiscatory, at least it was to me.

I was charged twice for the first payment and then again for the second month... You can't call anyone about this you have to email them and they just give you the run around. I actually showed there my bank statements showing where they took money out of my account. Basically stole 200 dollars from me and said f you when I wanted a refund for being over charged. There is no costumer service at all.. Your not in touch with me you told me you didn't charge me you moron... or can't you read?
