Customer service never responded, reviews on their site filtered.
I bought a pair of their Tiger Stripe Crepe pants recently, ordered with a longer inseam for a more full-length look, and after washing according to the instructions they shrank by 2 inches in the leg. I understand this can happen with some fabrics, but it's not difficult to put a disclaimer on the item description similar to "fabric may shrink after washing" so people know to order a size up. I tried to contact them about the issue through a customer service email, through the portal on their website, and by leaving a review, and no one ever responded to me or even acknowledged receiving the messages. The 3 star review I left warning others about the shrinking issue also never appeared on their site (while other 5 star reviews I left did.) Literally all the reviews on their site are 5 stars, so clearly they are filtering them. The clothes are cute and generally well made, and even if they're expensive I understand why. But this experience has left a really bad taste in my mouth, especially from a brand that promotes itself as so honest and ethical and grateful for your business. The clothes shrinking I understand - things happen - but the lack of any response to my attempts to contact customer service and the filtering of reviews, that I can't get past. I don't know if I'll ever buy from them again.
