I suspect they may be selling stock they do not have to boost their cash reserves don’t buy

Following my review – things actually got worse. So I bought the bag, it never arrived. They tell me they’re sending me a refund. I explain I want the bag. The re-order and the exact same thing happens with the second bag the courier who are apparently just awful can’t register it never even attempt delivery and send it straight back to that company. They then tell me the bag is out of stock a refund is coming(so is Christmas and I’m not betting which one will arrive first). I accept that I’m never gonna get the bag however I did find it in Wardow. The exact same bag the exact same size the exact same price. It’s coming all the way from Germany, but there’s no shipping costs and all taxes are paid. They dispatch it they keep me updated. I can track the parcel and arrives less than a week after I placed the order. in the meantime the refund from the hut still hasn’t arrived but now it would appear the bag is back in stock and they keep sending me marketing messages telling me that the bag I like is back in stock and I can order it. As soon as my money comes back into my account, I will be unsubscribing from the whole of the hut group never using them again. This is an extremely bad experience with a group of companies that should know better and it isn’t just a fault of the awful courier on the use. It’s also their fault.

Still waiting for a refund. Do not buy from this company

Was waiting for a refund when I received a replacement that I didn’t ask for. I’ve sent it back and have now heard nothing. Washy washy message sent following last review. Nothing achieved. Will prob send me yet another bag I don’t want. Absolutely useless. Will never order from them again. I want my refund

Constant adverts pushed in your face…

Constant adverts pushed in your face upon accessing its brands is enough to put most people from using their services. Until their management team’s mentality changes or they replace the people in charge of the technologies in place, it won’t change. Shareholders of the company and those thinking of working with them, beware.

They own the company MyBag

They own the company MyBag. I have left so many reviews it’s now been 8 weeks and no refund from them!!!
I’ve actually started court proceedings as they have broken the law!
I advise anyone who is still fighting for a refund to take them to a small claims court.
And contact watchdog because they cannot be allowed to get away with it!

Oh my what a shambles not only on mybag…

Oh my what a shambles not only on mybag but on here as well they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, I think all of us who have been lied to fobbed off should agree a day /time and take newspaper and social media to video outside their premises so they can see exactly how many people had bought from them all in good faith /trust and was all treated in a way that mirrors a company that nothing more than a scam. and it no wonder the reviews are so so low this is not the odd person it’s many customers that are saying same thing where my goods ,where my money ?you should be held responsible as there is LAWS that you clearly have not abided by and should be closed down DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! Ps do not take any notice of their responds it clearly a generic making out they care message 😡

Things used to be quite ok but since THG changed to RelayTech for their deliveries it’s horrendous. No tracking for customers just don’t care. Any company that signs up for delivery with a company that is money driven is a poor show. It’s sad as companies like Cult Beauty and look fantastic will suffer as customers get fed up with poor delivery by RelayTech with no tracking.

Horrendous service 48 days and counting for refund !

I ordered x2 dresses and a coat knowing I would have to send at least one dress back as they were different sizes the huts return policy seemed good , I couldn't of been more Wrong!! The process started on 16/11, my items arrived without any paperwork so I emailed and they arranged collection, great I thought, however x2 failed collections later, I had to seek a different return method via Royal Mail, I packaged the coat and dress, as specified, took photos, arranged tracked return sent off, received notification of receipt, the hut emailed to confirm receipt and I checked Royal mail tracking and signature etc was on system and I waited for my refund ! 48 days later after countless emails in excess now of probably 20 with contradictory messages ranging from its not received, you didn't send correctly, can you send tracking number, pls allow further days, its being dealt with etc etc I STILL don't have my refund, latest message I received stated you have raised a complaint if you cancel this you will get your refund! Seriously!! I do not have words for this absolutely appalling service other than I strongly recommend that anyone really thinks hard before they purchase anything from The Hut !!

The most unhelpful customer service

The most unhelpful customer service. I have spent a substantial amount with Cult Beauty, enough to be Gold Tier, which doesn’t actually get you anything anyway. It’s all good until something goes wrong. My parcel has gone missing, and the replacement was only half of my order, after contacting them multiple times and having to repeat myself 3 times to 3 different customer service advisors. They have all said it’ll be dispatched when they get stock, and they have no idea when they will get stock back in. They have already taken payment, however don’t know when they’re going to send my order… their suggestion was to add it to my wish list, and I would get a notification when it’s back in stock and I can then email them again. An absolute joke, and will not be buying anything off cult beauty or the The Hut Group again.

DISGUSTED RECRUITMENT THG GROUP

MOST UNFAIR DISGUSTED RECRUITMENT PROCESS OF THG GROUP

I hope this message finds you well.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the practice of advertising roles externally on large platforms or other job boards when it appears that decisions have already been made to prioritise internal candidates.

This approach does not reflect transparency, honesty, or a fair recruitment process, which are essential for maintaining a positive reputation as an employer. It can be disheartening and frustrating for external candidates who invest significant time and effort into preparing their applications, particularly in today’s challenging economic climate.

Such practices create the impression of misleading external applicants and undermine the credibility of THG’s recruitment process. Wasting the time and energy of dedicated job seekers in this manner does not align with values of integrity or professionalism.

I urge THG to address this issue and ensure a more open and ethical recruitment process going forward. Transparency and fairness are not only crucial for building trust but also for upholding the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Over sold a pair of Dr Marten boots

Over sold a pair of Dr Marten boots. Instead of being honest, I was repeatedly told to keep an eye on my account every 24 hours. Only to have an email 6 days later saying it was cancelled! Service was not good at all. They did refund me after 24hrs but only because I really pushed for it. If only their customer service team worked as fantastically as their purchasing lab team

Dreadful company save your money

Dreadful company, can’t speak to anyone I spent hours on an online chat trying to chase up where my daughters birthday present is, they tell lies and do not deliver as promised, I was told I would get a refund tomorrow but when I went back they said I have to wait another 48 hours, I’ve opened a PayPal dispute. Spend your money elsewhere they don’t care about their customers just blatant liars

Avoid this company

We promote companies. And had been promoting MyProtein (one of the Hut Groups companies)

We had made sure to follow their terms of service and follow all advertising requirements. Not used paid ad's etc.

We however used the word "discount" to describe a discount and they suddenly closed our account and removed all credits (theft / fraud)

Citing that it was not a discount. (It was in fact a percentage off an order; in other words, a discount) They apparently do not know what that word means.

They would continually try and make up reasons or close our account if we made a new one. Citing because we now had multiple accounts.

They would tell us to reach out to them but you can't unless you have an account.

Avoid this company. They will lie, steal, and mislead. This seems to be at their core. Reaching out and resolving issues is almost always a pointless or stressful endeavor.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company

Refuse to give a refund for a return they received months ago. Every time I contact customer services they say they're escalating the case but each time I receive no communication from customer services whatsoever. They have the return and the money I spent so I'm considering theft as they won't give it back

I place a big order for perricone md products. What I received was the right container but they fill it out with different cream product, not the real deal, somebody should look after this scam. The phone number they provide when charged to my debit card belongs to a Recorder Medicare insurance company,

AWFUL COMPANY

AWFUL COMPANY! Received a faulty dress, have been emailing back and forth for over 3 weeks for a returns label they take ages to email back and when they finally do completely ignore my request for a returns label and start offering me % back refund! I do want a partial refund the dress is faulty and unwearable and I want to send it back for a full refund as per consumer law! Would never shop here again!!!

They now had told trustpilot that I' am running a scam. Hilarious. How can a customer run a scam? It's more like the other way around.
Old review:
they have now tried to remove one star review by flag them as incorrect merchant after years. If they would have put half of the effort in correcting their business practices they would get better reviews, but they are not interested in customer service.

Update 20.2.2024 They keep trying to bully their customers by trying to remove one star rating. Have been approached after 2 years again by trustpilot. The Hut Group and all affiliated subbranches and companies are the worst. One star is even one star too many.
