I had some initial doubts about buying a Zoo Family camera after reading a few mixed Trustpilot reviews. However, seeing their high ratings on Google and Judge.me made me feel much more comfortable moving forward.

We ended up purchasing two cameras and a light: the Dino Print camera, the Unicorn Urban Zoo camera, and the matching Unicorn Zoo Light. All the products have a high-quality feel and work perfectly!

My overall experience has been great, so I’d definitely recommend looking past the older reviews. Even when we had a specific question about the Print camera, their customer service team replied within four hours.

Pro tip: The Print camera does come with paper rolls included, but I’d suggest buying an extra pack right away so the fun doesn't have to stop!

Very poor experience. I ordered a camera for my son 2 weeks ago and never received it. I wrote 2 emails to the customer services which remain unanswered. Don't order on the website unless you want to waste your time and money!

I bought a camera for my grandson for his Birthday.
The pictures are of very poor quality, and not worth the money at all. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I bought a camera for my 7 year old son through TZF.
By all means a great camera for a child, with protective casing, fun layout and easy user handling. 10/10 according to junior. :)

But - what makes this TZF extraordinary is their customer support. After my son unfortunately lost his data transfer cable on day 1, I wrote TZF support - and after a few weeks came not just one, but two new cables!!!

Now THATs what I call zoofamily-care!

Would recommend any day, and will absolutely use them again!
