Paid for a watch did not receive.

I bought a watch from them. In September. I thought I would wait because it was coming from China. Also I got a tracking number. What kept me updated to a certain degree? Obviously it is a scam. You will not receive anything whatsoever. I cannot believe I got scammed by this company. They are still working on Facebook. Under a different name selling watches. Time try to contact them via email. But the email had been by this disconnected. And their webpage does not exist. No longer. People beware on Facebook if you are buying a watch from anything that costs around 30 40 pounds. Don't bother, it's a scam.

Avoid at all costs, Scam set up

Sadly I didn't independently research this company first, fake reviews on their social media and no contact after taking my money.
Avoid at all costs, emails to customer services are woeful and state we are liaising with our shipping partners to ensure you receive your item, 3 months later. Save yourself a lot of hassle and money and avoid.

WROOCS Scam Website!!!!

WROOCS Scam Website!!!!
Scam. I also bought via the Facebook advert. The original item apparently got lost in transit. I was offered either a refund or new package, so accepted the new package and was given shipping info, but now the website and tracking all unavailable.
I tried to reach out customer service email but no reply from them after chasing them for a long time.... Don't get scammed from buying this website

Scammers advertising on Facebook

I was on Facebook when an advert came up for a 'fold-out 3in1' screen setup.
It seemed legit and what I thought was a reasonable price, so I placed me order to use it with my Macbook when not in the office.

Payment was required to complete the order and as it was advertised on FB I thought the seller 'WROOCS' must have been verified by them. I made the payment and was expecting delivery within 3-4 weeks. Having waited patiently for more than 6 weeks I sent an email to ask why the item had not been delivered to which I got a response from a 'Samantha William, the so-called Customer Support Executive.
She apologised and said the item was lost during the shipmen process. She then asked whether I wanted a full refund or the item I had ordered, I opted for the item. I waited a further month before again emailing 'Samantha' and advised that I had still not received the item I had paid for ... with no response.
I have subsequently emailed three more times ... and not a single reply. That's when I realised I'd been scammed and that I will never see my money or the item I had bought.

What really pi**ed me off is that the advert was on the FB platform, surely they vet the advertisers they allow on their platform.

I’ve also been scammed.

I’ve also been scammed.
An ad appeared on @Facebook, and I placed an order for a triple monitor. Initially, the tracking link appeared legitimate and provided regular updates; however, both the tracking page and the company’s main website have now blocked me.

@Facebook needs to take accountability for allowing fraudulent advertisers on its platform. Stronger verification and security checks are urgently needed to protect users from scams like this. Unfortunately, it’s looking unlikely that I’ll get my money back.

SCAM!!!

SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I have placed an order, and I have not received it. When contacting support, they said the parcel was lost and offered to resend it. 20 days later, still nothing received, tracking is not working, and no one is getting back to me.
