An amazing special few days away
Fantastic communication from the company made the whole visit so easy

DO NOT BOOK.. I am extremely disappointed with the way this company has treated my family during one of the most difficult times of our lives.

We booked a staycation to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday, but tragically, my mum passed away unexpectedly before our trip. Due to this devastating loss, we were unable to travel. We contacted the company immediately, hoping they would show some compassion and understanding given the circumstances.

Instead, we have spent over two months chasing them for a refund. Our calls and emails have been ignored on numerous occasions, communication has been extremely poor, and the whole process has been unnecessarily stressful. To make matters worse, they have kept 100% of the money we paid, despite the exceptional circumstances.

While I understand that companies have policies, I also believe there should be room for compassion when a family is dealing with the sudden death of a loved one. Their complete lack of empathy and poor customer service have made an already heartbreaking situation even more distressing.

I would not recommend this company based on our experience. We expected understanding, compassion, and professionalism during a time of grief, but sadly received none.

The team were very helpful at all stages of the booking and quick to respond to all our requests. The house exceeded our expectations so I would definitely use the Wow House Company again when looking for somewhere special to stay with family and friends.

Set in arguably one of the nicest market towns in the UK, Very tastefully decorated house on a grand scale, lots of room for group activities, large well equipped kitchen and dining facilities, great outdoor dining and secure private garden. Bedrooms are all generous and beds and bedding is top quality. The house has a lived in quality which I found very welcoming and relaxing especially with a couple of dogs in tow.

The property was exemplary, set in the South Downs National Park and suited our 3 generational family party.

The company is very easy to deal with, excellent communication.

We recently returned from a lovely weekend celebration in a Wow House. The house met our expectations and everyone had an very enjoyable stay. The highlight was the large indoor swimming pool which was especially popular with the kids.

Wow House provided a first-class professional service, were always friendly and polite and responded quickly to any queries. I am happy to recommend them.

We had the most fantastic stay in Lulworth. The house is incredible - spacious with stunning views and we made good use of the games room, cinema room and pool. It has a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and excellent showers too. Great communication from my initial enquiry through to our departure. Thanks to Heidi and the team at Wow for helping us celebrate in style!

Fabulous place to stay for a family celebration across the generations

Rosewood Estate was amazing, everything we could want for our party of 17. The WOW House Co communicated well and our deposit was returned promptly a few days after we left.

It really is a Wow property. From the lovely long drive that leads to a beautiful house which has been beautifully restored, retaining many traditional features.
The dining room is just amazing and with two additional lounges it gives lots of options for a large crowd.
We were met and shown around when we arrived and Georgie turned up as we left to make sure everything had been right for us.
I would highly recommend this property summer or winter just stunning.
