Was emailed a week ago to say my order was on its way but Royal Mail still hasn’t even received it.

Although the goods were damaged,ypu are replacing them when they come in in 3 months time and told me not to send the damaged one back.

Excellent model, very detailed and well made.

Bought Fairey Swordfish mug and cushion for a 95yr old’s birthday. He used to service Swordfish and other aircraft in the 1950s, but the Swordfish was a special plane to him. Quality of both items excellent, well packaged and good delivery.

I received a Euro fighter Typhoon as a gift and was so happy with it, i bought a further 2 planes. Prompt delivery and excellent quality models.

I bought two mugs recently to replace two that I bought a number of years ago and that needed to be retired.Unfortunately one of the mugs had faded print on it. Not a complete deal breaker but I thought I'd ring and have a chat with someone about a possible replacement/refund. The chap on the other end couldn't have been more helpful and within 2 days I got a replacement. So 5 stars for an excellent product and excellent customer service.

I wanted a Vulcan for a Thunderball film dinner table piece and lo, it arrived in time and perfectly representative.

The product arrived promptly, well wrapped, and in good condition. It fitted together easily and looks great.
