Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

IS THIS EVEN A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS?!

We ordered wine online with this company (Thewineboutique.net.au) and had credit card payment completed yet received no communication or confirmation. There is NO phone number listed on their website to follow up. Their website promises to reply to enquiries within 24 hours.... this is absolutely NOT the case at all. We received no replies to our enquiries submitted through their webesite. The company finally replied two weeks after our order had been placed (following a dispute notice lodged with our bank), to say the wine had been despatched and to check-in online to track the delivery. Well, upon checking the shipping details, we received the message "Tracking not yet available". This does not seem to be a legitimate business at all. BE WARY OF THIS COMPANY!!

UPDATE: The wines finally received after another follow up email, so it is a legit site after all. However, as a regular wine buyer, I will not be purchasing with this company again. Their responsiveness to messages posted on their site is sadly lacking and not having a contact phone number to discuss issues means the customer is left wondering whether they are a scam outfit. Not a good experience at all.
