We had our shutters installed on Thursday last week. I cannot tell you how happy we are with them they look even better than we imagined. Tim and Andy did such an amazing job and spent the time getting them looking perfect they we’re very professional and tidy. Top marks to The Window Shutter Company. No hard sell tactics or pushy sales person. Instead we received great advice from Tim as to the best options for our window shutters. Communication was excellent and we were regularly kept up to date on the status of our order. The installation was smoothly done and we are very pleased with the finished product.

Great service and product.
It was very quick to get a site visit from Tim and he gave good advice on what would be good for my window and the room. The lead time for sutters is long but that is a general issue at the moment and it is made to measure after all. Tim had advised of the lead time and Liz kept in touch to advise on the progress of the shipment.
Installation was made in a couple of hours in a much quieter way than I expected. Tim and Andy left the place clean. Tim showed me how to use the integrated blinds and we tested the darkness.
After just one night I can feel the difference already. I will no longer be disturbed by the light coming in through the window (street light nor daylight). It was strange to wake up to a very dark room but very enjoyable!
