David at The Will Guys was incredible. I have never done a Will before and always made an excuse to get one done because I thought it would be complicated and difficult, I couldn't have been more wrong. David made the experience informative and really clear, thank you so much for your guidance. Highly recommended.

Reached out to The Will Guys for help with my first Will, couldnt have been easier! Was given a virtual appointment so quickly and had everything explained and questions answered. Rachael Carr has been so helpful, haven't finalised it yet but her service was brilliant so had to leave a review. There are also some free services for NHS which is a bonus.

I had been contemplating putting a will in place for some time but had always put it off as potentially too complex and time consuming. I reached out to Brian at The Will Guys initially for an informal chat and they simply asked me what I needed. Having got a clear understanding of my needs and wishes, they then offered me straight and clear advice on what was required and then involved in the process of shaping my will. There was absolutely no hard sell or pushy sales techniques from Brian and everything was done at my pace with plenty of time for me to ask questions and receive clear advice so I fully understood the process. I was so happy and confident with the service that my wife also completed a will giving us both piece of mind and leaving us fully understand how our wishes interacted with one another in our respective wills and life scenarios. The whole process couldn't have been any easier and we are extremely happy with the service. We can both now relax in the comfort that our future wishes are safe and will be carried out. Also, that our children won't have any difficult legal or probate issues to navigate as our wishes are clear and stated in our wills.

Just updated our wills, adding in a trust, using the Will Guys. Brian was super knowledgeable, really professional, and took a holistic approach to the job. As a result, we confident that we have the right cover and protection in place for all scenarios. Couldn't recommend enough.

I am not the easiest person to work with as I can be very indecisive. However, at all times Andy answered my questions with patience, kindness and information to help me make informed decisions for our future.
He gave information about things we didnt even know about and which are so important to have in place!
He knows his stuff and we have so much confidence in him. At no point did we feel silly or a burden for asking questions.
He was flexible and worked around our schedules!
I love that we have his contact number which makes it a nice personal touch for last minute questions. He is prompt with his responses!

Every detail and step of the wills process was explained clearly in a way I could comprehend easily. It was straightforward, short chat but then not realising regarding some added features like POWER OF ATTY. , STORAGE FEES, etc … which was optional anyway.The basic will was FREE With some minor additional cost to pay which was not a burden at all for me. Thanks for your help David 👍

Cannot recommend this company enough! Recently experienced issues downloading Digicare App (part of my life insurance pack)-quick message to Gill and it was sorted quickly-no going through call centres! I first used this company a couple of years ago through work when my husband and I met with Gill to write our wills. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. Gill then sorted out my life insurance in 2023 and found me much better cover than I had previously-would not hesitate to use this company again!

I would highly recommend the Will Guys especially Gill. She's looked after me the last few years to make sure my Will was in place and to make sure I have the right life cover and income protection

This was a really pleasant experience. I got this as a free offer through work in the NHS and at no point did I feel pressured into agreeing to additional costs or servcies. I appreciated Quaysar's experience and the simplicity with which everything was sorted

We were helped by Josh Williams to complete our will. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and explained in detail what we needed to do to protect ourselves and our family. Everything was super straightforward and made as simple as possible. All I needed was a simple will and what I got was a basic simple will, no pressure to have products that at this point I felt that I didn’t need. All these aspects were clearly explained and help me gain knowledge around different aspects to consider in the future! Will definitely continue to rely on the Will Guys for these in the future :)
