Quick, Friendly and Secure
Delivery was quick and very well packaged.
Also I emailed one of the team to enquire about a release date for the item in question as it was pre-order and received a direct response within an hour or so. Item arrived 2 days after dispatch.
Would definitely use again and have already spotted my next pre-order. We need more places like The Whole Shebang!

Hassle Free Collecting!
I’ve been a collector for years and there are only two places I order from that give me a no worry and hassle free experience. The Whole Shebang are one of those! They keep things simple and the included delivery means you don’t have to worry about what your basket is going to be as a total. Also if your an in box collector they will do there best to provide you with great packaging.
Highly recommend these guys to all you collectors out there!

Damaged figure
I get a figurine that has damage on the inside, the box is taped, tyrip is loose and plastic is broke. And they acuse me off that i did this on my own. Awful!! Last time i ordered here! Already the shipment was 25 pounds extra, and it was already 25 pounds in the start. Total of 50 pounds for shipping, unfortunately oké i take it but not extra shipping and a "bad figurine", that is to much! If the figurine was good inside the box no problem for one time.
Customer is not king here, the company is. Waited for 4 months and now i feel that i have nothing.......with the marv neca figure😢 that is not new figurine like they said it would.
Only thing they said send it back, but is not possible from the netherlands it costs me again 25 pounds, i already paid 50 pounds in total for delivery. Bad service....
And they told me on instagram they ship often to the netherlands🙄.....euhmm not i guess......if you buy a figurine as collector it must be new and good, not hooked up. I sent them movies and pictures they have proof but talking only about the shipment costs and acuse me that i did it myself😵💫🫨.

Lets tell the truth here shall we - If we could attach your emails we would but there is no option for this, the reason you have left this review is because you got custom charges of 20 euros which you think you don't have to pay from the UK to Netherlands delivery, like we said we don't make these rules on custom charges we put a value low to help out with the amount you get charged by your countries customs (the key word being your countries customs) we have no say in this, then you claim we sent you a damaged figure when we wouldn't pay your custom fees. Your exact words were why doesn't the custom charge come out of the delivery cost you paid, we pay courier cost, cover for your item being shipped to you and the custom charge is on you to pay as it was explained when you first messaged us because there is not enough in that courier cost we charge to cover all you want, hence we said custom charges are for you too pay like any other company would say. We offered a refund if you can return the item which you didn't want to do, we only send out new items our customers know this, unless they are stated in the description, your item was brand new and sealed as all Neca items are, you have only ordered once from us and this is the order and from our past experience with one time buyers from abroad there is always drama to get items free or discounted because of the customs fees you have to pay it always seem they try to recover them through us - I can now see why alot of UK companies don't want to ship abroad anymore
courier costs we charged were £25 for delivery and cover your item so your claim of 45 is custom fees on top is not part of what we charged its your countries charges for importing items (you seem not to understand this)
* update seems a bit tit for tat now this is the last we will say on this as it just gets silly going backwards and forwards, the figure was never mentioned until we responded to his email saying that the custom charges are his to pay not us as he was told in the first place, as we said above the figure was new and undamaged when it left us as we check them over and the customer confirmed no damage to outer box so the figure is now a issue now he threats didn't work and he still had to pay his custom charges. The customer has edited his post multiple times so some of responses may not make sense to his post, perhaps next time you import something you understand the import costs that were laid out to you in black and white

Updated - customer received there item but unfortunately we sent the white version not the colour one so we are sending the colour version for free for our mess up, we have made contact with the customer now via email, hopefully this will be sorted out for the customer very soon

I have ordered from The whole Shebang a couple of times now and I cannot fault them. They are offering great prices and good products you might normally struggle to find in the UK.
I to return an order recently (I forgot to leave a note specifying the version of the item I wanted) and an exchange was made with no issues.
Great prices, customer care, and products.

I just want to give a positive shout…
I just want to give a positive shout out to Matt and everyone else at The Whole Shebang.
After placing an order I was given updates that they had received it and then updated again once it had been processed and dispatched. When it failed to arrive I got in touch and they replied immediately giving me tracking information. Unfortunately though due to circumstances beyond there control the parcel was lost. I was then gladly informed more stock would be on its way in a matter of weeks and a replacement would be sent. Because I needed it for a gift this wouldn't work for me so I had to inform them and request a refund which they sorted the same day.
Ultimately, buying and ordering was a pretty easy pleasant experience. Quick to reply to any communication and resolve issues in a polite and professional manner. Although it didn't quite work out this time I'd be confident recommending and using again. Thanks.
