pre-ordering from this company for nearly 2 years and they always come good.
Items always come well packaged with super quick delivery once in stock.
Any queries I’ve had they always reply immediately.
So I feel people need to know had amazing this company is and how trustworthy they are.

A company i use and have had good experiences with. They ship instock items ASAP and package really well. Tracked Royal Mail service.
Preorders are usually on time, no issues there.

Great place to get your figures. Great packaging, will always reply to any questions. Great company. Been using them for many years.

I can’t recommend them enough! Every order I have placed I have been very happy with. The packaging is A* so o know I feel confident my order will arrive safely.

Good overall experience. Purchased a few neca figures and they arrived quickly. All covered in a layer of bubble wrap, good prices.

Unfortunately, the Earl sinclair figure box interior was a bit damaged (protective plastic on the inside cracked), but the figure itself and accessories are fine. Thankfully, this was the cheapest, and most widely available figure and it was not damaged.

This may well have been due to the postal service; however, I recommend potentially using a little more paper/foam padding in packaging as well as the bubble wrap.
All other figures seem fine.

Few teething problems with delivery to begin eith through no fault of the company but the delivery service this was rectified very quickly with great customer service to help. Once item was received it was exactly as described great quality for a great price!

Lovely experience shopping with The Whole Shebang! Ordered a Super7 Power Rangers figure for an amazing price and arrived so quickly! Figure was well packaged and secured- you can tell they really care. Would 100% recommend and will be shopping again!

I am a repeat buyer from the whole shebang and have been for a number of years. I have bought items which were in stock and I have bought pre-orders (which we should all be aware of that the time for these to arrive are down to distribution and not controlled by whole shebang, so ordering a pre-order is at our risk of how long before it arrives).
I am more than happy with communication from whole shebang and have found Matt most helpful and responsive to messages from myself as an eager customer looking forward to their purchase, I would expect updates unless I directly enquired, which I have done and always had an honest response.
Items are always packaged well, delivered swiftly and in great condition, add on top of that the prices are always fair and not over inflated like many other companies selling the same figures.
Postage costs are clearly listed and unless in UK you are subject to import/custom fees/tariffs from your own country, that’s your responsibility to check not the whole shebangs duty or responsibility.
Never been disappointed with the service or quality of product. Repeat customer who will continue to buy from them and would recommend without reservation using them for your collecting needs. 10/10

Very helpful and excellent service

Have been collecting MOTU Origins now for about 18 months. Not many retailers stock the harder to get figures and even less know how to send stuff so it doesn't get damaged in transit. Have had some real nightmares

If you want the harder to get stuff and want your items to arrive in good condition The Whole She-bang is the place for you.

I am very picky when it comes to my collection as I want my stuff in mint condition for display. The Whole She-Bang are more than helpful with me when it comes to this. They will answer any queries I have and I'm sure sometimes I torture them asking questions 🙈 but they always answer and help me.

Have more stuff on order at min and will be pre ordering some other pieces shortly too.

Always good to know you have a retailer you can rely on to get your stuff to you in good condition

can the owner get back to me? i made an order 01/11/2025, Art the clown figurine, the figurine itself was £24.99 then came to postage which is crazy alone the postage was more than the order at £30.00, then to be told all week there was issues with UPS courier company that i reached out to you and nothing back, i have now received a message again from UPS looking for a further €29.06, all this for a £24.99 order, i won’t be paying that if i have too to get the order i would like a refund. I would like you to contact me please, i will up the stars on this review if this is sorted. Never ever heard the likes of it, please get it touch i mailed you yesterday on you’re page…. and just to add i see you’re snide responses to people regards add on’s for shipping by the company, i should of read these reviews i wouldn’t of purchased from you in the beginning, i live in Ireland not the other side of the world to be handing you an extra 60 euro to have it delivered, you can process a refund thanks. sorry Matthew i mailed you back it went into my spam account, i suggest you search for a new courier, its extortion to charge more than what the order was worth already to have it delivered, to then the courier try charge it again, i myself have my own business and i would never allow my customers be ripped off this way. il have a refund please thanks, again as i said in a mail I would suggest using new couriers, I would never allow my customers to be treated like that.

anyone buying from here, know when you buy something, you will be buying you’re item then double the money again for delivery, I would strongly advise against using this company, as i will be putting on my social media to do so too, unless you have lots of money to give away, I am really shocked at this, again i run a business and would never do this on customers!!!! it’s scandalous matthew having to pay £30 pound delivery fee from yourselves anyway you should look into that, and no as i said in my mail to you i haven’t never in my life paid custom charges like that, 10 euro at most, 30 euro is extortion, but that’s 30 euro on top of you’re £30 sterling. I went through you’re website with a fine tooth comb, you should really say on it how much prices can be for delivery and customs. that would be a start

Matthew can you answer my email instead of updating your response here please ? this order has become laughable to me now, again i suggest use a new courier system, UPS update me the fee was paid, then i got an update that they attempted delivery at 19.55 p.m, which never happened see i am in my house and have been all day, and i have camera’s all over my house and garden, so yes i can prove no one from UPS was here, but it looks like i am not the only one to have this issue with you, I have a feeling i would never see that order i made with you’re company, which i actually asked for a refund for, you or UPS cannot lie in this case, i will forward you said footage the time UPS was suppose to be here at shall I? it will be by a miracle this situation is turned around, instead answer you’re emails rather than trying to change the public perception on a public forum reviewing you’re company.

updating this 18/11/2025, Matthew i have already mailed you today again asking you to mail me back as you don’t reply. my order was received today from UPS and the driver again looking for €29, i showed him the screen shots of the order saying the fee’s were paid. He left the item with me but said he might have to come back for it because he wasn’t told it was paid, i again am saying this i am not paying that fee, so can you sort this please. This is a terrible way to deal with customers. I would never have purchased a thing from you if i had of known this. again people i would steer clear of using this company.
