Equipment excellent. Sales advisors should explain certain things better (ie. different side panels available with recommendations - not forgetting end panels also). Must also double check orders before dispatch- came minus bath support feet. Finally, never received sample products for jacuzzi bath promised when ordering. Generally though a pleasant transaction with helpful response from staff in resolving issues.

Having sorted out the original concern of thinking the controls were put on the wrong side of the bath, the bath is superb! The quality, how it looks and the experience. No doubts about getting one. Gave four instead of five stars due to slowness of customer services in reply to original concern.

I would suggest the whirlpool shower shop. Our whirlpool shower was conveyed on schedule and was very much bundled, the driver was affable yet would not remove the bed so we needed to discard that. Our whirlpool shower is presently introduced and it is stunning. Much obliged to you.
