From meeting David and seeing what I needed was easy and straightforward.
Been shown a colour to suit my car that is a good choice. Being kept up to date as what was happening and time the job would take.
No pushing to sell anything you didn't need.

Great service from a top quality wheel refurbishment company. Very professional staff and good turnaround. I was particularly impressed by the flawless finish on my curbed alloy now looking as good as new. I highly recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again should I need to.

The team at Ferndown were great! Kim, Will and Sam were very friendly and helpful. They managed to produce an excellent colour match and a great finish on my motorcycle wheel.

Excellent service, welcoming and friendly, spent time discussing my requirements. Found a perfect match for the body colour and refurbished 21 year old alloys to perfect condition. I felt it was also good value for the high quality job.

Very happy with the service, my car was ready before I was. My only regret is not getting my tyres dressed to match the excellent finish on my refurbished wheels. This was my second visit.

Fantastic service from The Wheel Specialist Teesside. We turned up without an appointment with a buckled wheel, and he still took the time to help us even though he only had a few minutes spare. He was friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable.

Great when first done but corroded quickly, I went back to the The Wheel Specialist after 14 months, who said yes that’s normal, the guy was short & sharp the way he spoke to me.

I spent a lot of money, expected them to last longer than two 2 1/2 years. Surly if they were sealed properly, they should last longer. Right now, they look awful.

I’m now looking for another wheel specialist to get them done again properly.

I recently popped into the Nottingham branch of The Wheel Specialist and had a chat with a fine chap about getting an 18" Audi A3 alloy wheel re-diamond cut to clean up some scuffs and white worm. The quote I received was £150 which I was very pleased with.

A few days later I got a call from James who told me my wheel was ready to be collected and looked "like new". When I popped back in later in the week I was truly delighted with the job they had done and James was there for me to thank in person. Overall my experience at The Wheel Specialist was excellent and I can see why they have so many positive reviews.

Excellent service in refurbishing the diamond cut 20" alloy on my Audi TT RS. Staff were friendly and helpful, giving me a time slot within days and with a 1 day turnaround. They even showed me the refurbishment process upon request when I picked up my wheel.

The wheel was as good as new and with no discernible difference to my other wheels. It even had the 'Audi Sport' logo replaced near the valve.

I would certainly use The Wheel Specialist in Westerhope, Newcastle again (although I hope that I never have to !)

Hazel on reception was fabulous and went out of her way to satisfy any concerns I may of had .

Had a full refurbishment of diamond cut alloys and calipers painted to match the wheels. New centre caps, and two new tyres fitted to the rear. the work was carried out in the time stated and the standard of finish is excellent. the full process is explained by the staff and they keep you up to date on progress as a full refurbishment like this takes a few days to complete.

I had the wheels of my MG TF refurbished and I was delighted with the results. What I particularly liked was the attention to detail during the process. From reception to the wheel refurbishment operator - the customer service was seamless. My car has different front and rear wheel/tyre sizes, so it was critical that the wheels and tyres went back on the car in the exact same positions. They listened carefully to my instructions and this was done exactly as requested and the tyres were all fitted with the correct rotation. The team also fitted my new wheel inserts and saved the originals for me. Having previously had the wheels of my Mercedes refurbished in 2025, this was the 2nd time I have used the services of the Wheel Specialists in Ferndown, Dorset and the experience was just as good second time round.

I have been using The Wheel Specialist's a number of times and every time the service has been exceptional

I had wheels refurbished here, yet despite the car covering fewer than 1,000 miles, never being driven in wet conditions, and only being carefully maintained, the lacquer failed very quickly. My original 8-year-old factory wheel remains in perfect condition; they admitted they use a different lacquer, but could not justify why they do not use a durable, equivalent standard. They refused to rectify the out-of-warranty wheel. I only accepted a refund for the newer failed wheel as I have no confidence in their workmanship or materials. I cannot recommend their service.
