I have been going to the Wellness and Beauty clinic in West Hampstead for over a year. I was lucky enough to able to buy one of their discount packages. The treatment is predominantly for my knees which had the cartilage removed in the 1970's when I tore them at school.
Both the K laser and Indiba have been excellent treatments for my knees. I still have good flexibility but was getting niggly pains. After going for just over a year my knees feel really good. I have chronically bad knees so this is a big result. My sessions are for 1 hour.

I also had an injury to my left little finger and again the K laser took away the tingling and pain that went up my arm to my neck. I only need 2-3 half hour treatments for my hand.

I highly recommend the K laser and Indiba treatments. Ben the practitioner is very skilled at using the K laser and Indiba.

I attended the clinic as I was desperate to find something that works. I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and fingers, I struggle to sleep as my feet burn, tingle and then go numb. I have tried medication, creams, everything imaginable, nothing worked, I would loose my balance and fall.

I had my first treatment with Ben, it was amazing, I could not believe I walked out of there on my first treatment able to walk, no tingling or numbness, just a slight numbness on my big toes, other than that, I was completely overwhelmed with my results. I have booked another 4 treatments.

Excellent clinic from booking to treatment. Bader gave a wonderful sports massage, he has superb technique and I left feeling amazing. Would recommend in a heartbeat. The atmosphere of the clinic was positive and warm. I shall return!

Wouldn't give even one star if I could.
Few weeks ago I did Fotona-non surgical eye lid lift laser treatment. Red information about the treatment before I went for treatment. It states that depending from person if the skin is not too stretched out you should be able to see difference instantly after treatment if more then might need 3-4 visits.On the day of the visit according to assistant in this clinic opinion I should have been able to see improvement after 1st session. Unfortunately I feel as if I thrown my money down the drain instead as there is no improvement what so ever!

My daughter recently attended the Wellness & Beauty Clinic on Mill Lane for K-Laser therapy, and I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The technology is clearly cutting-edge, and the way everything was explained and delivered reflected a high level of expertise, efficiency, and professionalism across the entire team.

What really stood out was how seamless and reassuring the whole process felt — from the initial consultation through to the treatment itself. The 50% discount for the initial consultation, along with the young athlete discount, also made this both accessible and financially feasible, which I greatly appreciated as a parent.

Overall, this was a thoroughly positive experience. I can’t recommend the clinic highly enough for anyone looking for high-quality, modern therapy delivered with care and professionalism.

I’ve been having K Laser and Indibo treatments at the Clinic with Francesco who is incredibly knowledgeable and informative with my Knee injury. The Clinic has several treatments available for different conditions which is very useful under one roof. So glad I found them and my recovery has been speeder up no end !! Thankyou

I had my first visit to the clinic this weekens (13 Dec) and it was a delightful experience. I saw Ben who was wonderful. It might take a few visits to get me right so I booked to go again.
