My experience with The Design Verse, operating under the name Ammrys Studios, was far from positive. Unfortunately, the rebranding did nothing to address the deeply ingrained toxic workplace culture.

The organization suffers from a glaring lack of professionalism, ineffective management, and zero accountability. The management's dismissive and disrespectful attitude makes it nearly impossible to foster collaboration or personal growth in a supportive environment.

Adding to the challenges, salary payments are often delayed, creating unnecessary financial strain for employees who depend on punctual paychecks.

Many former employees have shared troubling accounts of attempting to contact Mr. Rizwan about outstanding salaries, only to face ignored calls, unanswered messages, or even being blocked outright. This behavior highlights a serious deficiency in professionalism and ethical standards.

While the company may have rebranded, the issues at its core remain unchanged. Without a meaningful effort to improve the way employees are treated; the new name is merely a superficial facelift. I would strongly urge anyone considering a role at The Design Verse to proceed with caution.

PS: They have eaten up my half months' salary as well.

Was so disappointed with the way they handle my website. They always said they understood, and would get things updated and done the way I wanted, always tomorrow. Took months and never got it right. Communication then went south. I gave up and moved on! Of course no refund. Maybe they are good at other things. Not so much with websites, or at least not the one I wanted. One star for effort.

Over charging for services through hidden fees. When a customer pays for a website and a monthly maintenance contract, this should cover any security updates

This company did a great job with one of my websites and their service was excellent. I had a bunch of questions and were answered and explained well. The website is great and able to provide information that is needed. I am appreciative with James W and I will be using their services again.
