Incumplimiento de contrato, y denunciados por estafa.

Me pasaron una propuesta para hacerme una web acabada, llave en mano, que según su propuesta entregarían en dos meses. Me exigieron el 75% por adelantado y 10 meses mas tarde solo hemos visto una simple maqueta que no es ni el 20% de lo que prometieron en su propuesta. Después de innumerables llamadas, cartas, y quejas no me han entregado absolutamente nada y, lo peor, es que se me han quedado el dinero y no lo quieren devolver. Un tal Miquel Serrat y su mujer Linn Englund. No tenemos la web y no tenemos el dinero. Nos hemos visto obligados a denunciar los hechos en la comisaria de Policía de Barcelona.
