Don is very professional and highly knowledgeable in fitness. I really like his structured and systematic approach. Initially his approach might be a little "slow" but only because he's laying the foundation for more intense exercises down the line. My previous experience with other personal trainers is they start off hard and heavy and often times I get hurt or become burnt out. I can honestly say this is not the case with Don.
