Top customer service
This review is based on the customer service of The Watch Trend team. I ordered a watch and the delivery was quick but the product I received was not the same as the one advertised. I emailed the team and received a swift response and we quickly figured out that it was actually the watch brand who was at fault who supplied incorrect images. The team who helped me were very helpful and helped me return the item and I received a full refund. They were very helpful and I would definitely shop from this company again.

Professional with a Personal Touch
I had been following The Watch Trend on Instagram for a while but never placed an order. I had always favoured Casio direct.
But it's not until I investigated further that these guys often have better prices than Casio, offered free shipping and offer to price match - something Casio doesn't.
Just to add, they do many different brands, not just Casio.
The order process was easy. Order confirmation and communication was very professional but with a personal touch.
The watches (all three of them) came well packed and were exactly as expected.
All told I was totally happy with the experience and will certainly be using them again.

As stated during checkout, standard delivery is 2-4 business days. Due to the bank holiday in the UK, Royal mail will not deliver, thus the parcel is expected to arrive tomorrow or Wednesday which will be within the 4 business days stated on the website. The team has also reviewed the live chat messages and we did not state a Friday delivery. We also did not get a response from yourself to any of our replies via email or live chat.
