They took my deceased father’s watch in…

They took my deceased father’s watch in for repair over 6 months ago; something which is precious and important to me. At the time I was advised that it just needed a service / simple repair so I expected it to be turned around quite quickly. Several months later it hasn’t been done in spite of me repeatedly trying to get in touch by calling in to the workshop, phoning and sending emails that they don’t answer. I doubt that I’m ever going to see my father’s watch again. I can’t recommend this business at all as a result of my experience.
