Rolex has no serial number
I bought a Rolex Datejust from Tony. After a year or so, I wanted to sell to fund something else. After selling through eBay, the Authentication service they offer sent the watch back to me saying whilst the watch appears to be genuine, there's no serial number present on the bottom of the watch head. After trying to contact him a couple of times, I've had no response and the website appears to be down. Absolutely gutted I'm now stuck with a watch that was only supposed to be the first in a journey of trading up. Please don't make the same mistake as me and buy through this site, if it goes live again.

Absolute scumbag I see his account are even overdue on companies house he has also closed his webpage on Shopify that tells you everything you need to know about how professional this geezer is
Purchased an item
Purchased an item, waited a week and a half, sent a bunch of emails, placed a half dozen phone calls, and in the end zero communication. I could not reach the seller even one time over the course of a business week. Item never shipped out, had to use the bank to do a credit card chargeback.
Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. I purchased an item from them on a Friday. Webpage said item ships within 24 hours. I waited till Saturday and Sunday, still no word. I sent an email, without any response and just assumed maybe it was due to the weekend (but then why would they say items ship within 24 hours and not say some kind of exception). Monday and Tuesday pass, still no word of anything. I sent another two emails asking for them to cancel the order, zero response. Called a few times as well, phone rang out and no one picked up. A week goes by without any word, so I reached out to PayPal who luckily refunded my money. What a joke. And to think they’re selling 20k Daytonas as well, I would be super cautious.

Rang on Wednesday and was told someone would return my call. Rang Friday and was told sorry I will get someone to ring you back, it’s now Wednesday evening and still no call back. Very poor.

One Link = total app. 160 €
The link itself is perfect, the pin is missing, therefore I have to go to the watchmaker.

Purchased a birthday present for my wife, Rolex oyster, the process was very easy and the personal care to detail was excellent. Watch was sent via Royal Mail and received on time as I was told. I recommend and would buy again.
Be warned re this company.
Be warned re this company.
Very good communication when trying to sell to you. But falls off a cliff if you need help and emails go unanswered. The friendliness disappears rapidly !
I have requested a trade in of a watch purchased just over 12 months ago as advertised on the site and confirmed by email at time of purchase.
Despite trying and emailing for almost 2 months , no response. I suspect this just marketing rubbish . Customer service is non existent.
The owner I find unprofessional.
I spent over £8 k with him. The courtesy of response would be appreciated.
I also asked for evidence of the servicing on a couple of watches I bought. But non provided. I suspect this is also a lie.
Just be warned on such expensive purchases. Not sure what would happen if watches had a problem. I would suspect no response.
Go to a reputable dealer, thats my advice
Great 5 star service!

Only a booklet bought this time for a vintage watch I own but Tony still took great care in posting and providing tracked postage. First class service all round.

Very straightforward efficient and a recognition from me following my purchase. Obviously to deal with an expensive purchase using the internet is full of potential for problems. I found this company to be trustworthy and straight. I would not hesitate to use them again and receive to friends. They were a bit too hands off and the cold formal business like approach for me would have been improved by a little personal contact. I would have gained in trust and confidence. But no need they were faultless in their dealings. Will use them again without a qualm.
