100% scam.

Very Very low quality. Website says "easy return". NOT true. You have to send it to a PO box in India. So the chance of getting you money back is 0. DO NOT ORDER. Scammer! the company "Olive Trends" is run by criminals!

Purchase at your own risk!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

The vortex rug.com seems to be a front for a import company called Olive Trends

My experience was much like the 14 others listed below
I received the product folded and permanently wrinkled
2 months after I placed my order.

The pattern was poorly printed on a thin layer of polyester or similar type of material attached to a rubber mat. and was definitely NOT the plush surfaced rug shown on the website.

The pattern was not the crisp black on white pattern shown on the website but a pattern that features a prominent grey to black shadow that is quite unappealing when you are in the room looking at the product.

(It’s almost like the pattern I recieved was designed to photograph better than it looks.in person)

There is no 3D effect when you are in the room looking at the product and the poor smudged quality of the printing is terrible.

When I attempted to return the product for the fast easy no hassle returns promised I was completely ignored by their customer service team after E-Mailing them every day for 2 weeks

I am surprised that PayPal continues to represent Olive Trends as they indulge what feels like fraudulent business practices of hiding their true identity and misrepresenting their product and service on thier website.

Expensive trash, scammy business practices

The rug arrived with a completely different pattern. It was cheap and full of creases. The pictures led me to believe I was getting something made of a carpeted material and I got a weird foamy material instead. I paid $80 and got trash. I messaged them on Instagram and they blocked me. I will be disputing the charge with my bank tomorrow since they don’t seem to want to give me a refund.

Horrible piece of trash

Horrible piece of trash. Would not put it in a did house. And I know I have no chance of getting my money back. Not even sure how I paid. Or I would dispute the charges. Wish I could get help. They do not reply or answer.

I agree with the previous one star review

I agree with the previous reviewer. The rug came folded like a sheet and had creases that could not be removed. The rug itself looks cheap and the visual impact does not come across in real life like it does in the photo. I contacted them multiple times for a refund and got no response. Unfortunately I think I may have been scammed.

Utter junk not fit for a dog basket

Utter junk not fit for a dog basket
This is yet another Chinese company promising wonderful things and then abandoning you when you need help. This company have cleverly disgused themselves as US based which is why I ordered the Vortex Rug. The shop makes this rug look amazing and you expect a really nice, Artisan Made rug. When it arrives after the nonsense of China Post its in a small package measuring 32cmX34cmX10cm and weighs just 1.13kg. Its printed, not woven, on cheap polyprop on rubber. Not as described, Not 'artisan made' as claimed, and definitely NOT 3D! My son was dead right when he said that the backing looked better than the printing. The printing is so bad that you are unable to see any of the illusions shown on the website. Their easy refund service is an absolute joke, I have emailed every day for a week and other than an initial reply saying my complaint was being reviewed - nothing. All I asked for was the return address and any process I needed to carry out to return this parcel but again nothing. I am even willing to pay for the shipping as I will always be too embarrased to display something like this in my home. I have now raised the matter with PayPal so lets see if that has any effect on Vortex.
