Mark texted us to say he was on his way which we thought was really thoughtful of him. He arrived 10 minutes early and was very friendly, tv in the back so we could watch it on the way down to Bristol Airport, would recommend Virtual taxis to friends and family and would certainly use him again

Mark, from Virtual Taxi helped has last Friday with our Corporate Summer BBQ. I am not sure if it was Mark himself as the driver, but my colleagues said he had a flower shirt on. I myself was not able to attend, but from returning to work today, I have heard nothing but positive feedback around Mark and the Team. We had some issues with other transport companies not turning up that day, and our driver was more than happy to take some employees to and from the location. He also did another trip for us to Malvern, which was not originally booked! Our driver bent over backwards for us, and we are so grateful he was there to offer a helping hand. Fantastic service. They were right on time, communication was great and it was a very pleasant journey both to and from the airport. I needed to change my flight and come home early, and they were very accommodating with the last-minute change. I highly recommend them and would use them again.
