I received a conformation number and that's it.
No response from them, nothing.
America Express is investigating my claim.

WARNING
WARNING ! It’s SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. The website looks serious but it’s not. I NEEVER seen people so DISRESPECTFUL. I ordered and I paid the express shipping and… NOTHING so I just asked for a news and they NEVER answered. I asked on the differents emails, on FB on WhatsApp (they are online everytime, they saw the messages but they never answered). They are just kidding about you. I asked PayPal cause I have never received my order and they don’t answered to PayPal too. Normally I never put negative reviews, I tried to solve the problem but they just don’t care, they laught about customers, they just want money, they will never send anything, they are just SCAMMERS.

Fantastic product & customer service
I have bought two coats so far from TVFO -- both buying experiences were absolutely fantastic, and I will certainly be buying again.
Communication is 5*, and I was very sure and confident buying. The buying process online is easy, quick and hassle free. Promise of swift delivery was absolutely met -- being in the UK this was next-day. Packaging was extremely well managed -- no damage or negative impact on the coats in shipping whatsoever, and all paperwork processed perfectly.
Customer support follow-up was fantastic -- I had nothing but praise, but if I had had a problem I felt I had a really active conversation and I would have been well looked after.
The product -- the coats -- took my breath away. Great quality, and unbelievable quality for the price. Absolutely no criticisms. Buying vintage online can be scary as pieces are unique, but both I bought were excellent, and this gives me great confidence in the quality-vetting.
In summary, I couldn't have asked for more -- extremely happy.
