Very poor customer service
I would not recommend this business due to poor communication and dismissive handling of a clear product fault.
I purchased an item that had a clear functional issue with the zipper and provided video evidence showing the problem, which was ignored and not properly addressed. The responses I received were dismissive and unreasonable.
Communication throughout the process was poor, and I repeatedly had to follow up regarding the return. I was also required to pay return postage despite raising a product fault.
Although the purchase price was eventually refunded, the business never acknowledged the issue and the process was unnecessarily difficult. I ultimately sought advice from Fair Trading regarding the matter.
Based on my experience and the way this business handled the situation, I strongly recommend purchasing elsewhere.
