Worst company for returns, they never claimed the package in China and this returned to me after months. No refund nor anything

I’m still waiting for my order. It’s been 2 months. But from these reviews it sounds like I have wasted my money even if the dresses finally do arrive.

May someone can help me, I bought a dress for almost 1 week, I have prove of payment, I never received any email about my order, I try to track the order the message I receive was that the order doesn’t exist while I bough.
I have emailed them several times no one is replying.

I don’t know how I can get my money back. If someone can help me .

I feel that they are purposefully elusive regarding shipping times as they do not highlight that their shipping policy is "we collect parcels in large quantities and ship them all at once once we reach our minimum quantity" aside from in small print on a different section of their website. My delivery wait ended up being a month long which I find ridiculous!!!

Once the dress arrived I found it to have noticeably lower quality than what was advertised in the online pictures. Loose strings were easily visible and the hemming on the skirt was disappointing. Equally, the boning of the corset came down far too long to the point it is uncomfortable to sit down in the dress.

Given the dresses being relatively expensive I'm quite disappointed with my shopping experience.

Avoid this shop at all costs. I bought a dress on it, it was a completely different dress and I never got my refund!! They are so unhelpful and just keep ignoring my emails. Do not buy from here, it’s like they sell you a Temu version of nice dresses.

Worst experience ever!!! DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely horrible! Very cheap unwearable material. Not at all like pictures. Terrible terrible customer service. I’m still waiting for my refund after 4 month. DO NOT BUY! They are as close to scammers as can be

I have asked to return my items and had zero response. I also messaged on their instagram account and got blocked.

THIS COMPANY IS CHINA BASED. YOU CAN NOT RETURN GOODS AS THE SHIPPING TO CHINA IS SO EXPENSIVE.

You might also liable for customs duties when you buy from them.

Quality is not as described either.

I received the dresses which did not seem to match those on the photos the color and shape was another one. As i contacted them I got told the address to return the items. After doing so my package arrived at the courier in china and has been there for over months trying tk contact victoria tate they totally ignore and dont respond to my mails. I lost my money and also the dresses that weren’t worth the money I paid for. Very disappointed will hve to start a way with a lawyer to get to the bottom of this

The dress I received did not match the photos posted on their website
The lining only reached halfway down my shins and the outer material extends much further.
The colours and entire cut and shape of the dress are also very different than the photos on their website
The material also is of very poorly made fabric and again does not match the photos online
When contacting the seller, the response I must admit was very quick and very courteous
However, the compensation offered was tiny in comparison to the product that I received, which did not match their advertising at all) and a return for refund (from the UK to their factory in China, where the garments must be made quite cheaply and poorly) would have cost me more than the compensation and the actual (overly expensive) price of the dress
