They absolutely Do NOT answer email concerns ever! I have never seen such total disregard for customers. I think this site is run as a hobby for the owner, they do not take the site or customers seriously at all.

There are scammers left and right especially as of the first few weeks, I am constantly trying to scare these people off, constantly emailing "the vape trader" "support" to have these removed. For example. Brand new vapers cloud stormbreaker. $60. Knew it was a scam, but I could not help myself. I said I have $100 right now, whats your PP... only take venmo cashapp and some other one way cash moving system. I said "i knew your were a scammer" and I get "no, just alternative ways of payment." I report this, she isn't getting many veiws because most of us aren't frogs ass green.. but then one day. SOLD. THEVAPETRADER could of saved somone who is not all withit, $60+ dollars.

One way to currently know who these people are, is the always put something about "consignment" in their listings, which make no sense. That and dumb low prices. We all need to BLOW UP THEVAPETRADERS EMAIL so these BUM'S will act. They dont even answer my regular emails anymore. All those scam listings have to pass by T.V.T staff, and they should flag, or make a caution emoji, "approach sale with care" if they are going to continue to let THEIR CUSTOMERS GET FLIPPED.

Dirtbags. I am vapedbreed, know, known as Vap3dbreed, because my original 30+ 5 star review account, since the month this site opened, was mysteriously lost in a server fire, all while the platform was being rebuilt. So, they are liars that dont care about us. Buy with caution. I have items DIRT CHEEP on their that i cant sell because peoeple are affraid, or T.V.S is getting less and less traffic. $220 G class V2 sealed, for $140.. should of been gone day one. but scammers are allowed to roam free.

I am here because now they are emailing me, they think that I work for T.v.T because I have samashed every one of them. So now im getting Payroll for THEVAPETRADER scheme emails. Unreal. Us vapers are taking it on the chin from every angle from Everyone. Apparently the Microsoft and Amazon calls with all the indian chatter in the background isn't working so much anymore. time to broaden the horizons. Scumbags.

I haven't heard anything from anyone about a quote I asked about and it has been about two weeks now and still haven't received any response.

Please respond to our emails. We need to know why our listing was removed and how we can put it back.

I was unable to submit a request for a quote due to a website error. I submitted a request for help but never received a reply.

Filled out the offer form,sent pictures and emailed twice. NEVER GOT A RESPONSE that they received our form and pictures. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I paid for a membership 3 days ago and as of now I cannot get past another payment pop-up in order to post my ad. When Marc Bailey was the CEO (I have been told that Marc is no longer with Vape Trader) everything was run in top fashion. Now this site is not monitored as it should be and the updates to the website’s payment methods is all but useless. If someone has had better luck than me please post a reply to this review. My old review is below.

I have enjoyed Vape Trader in the past, but lately the site has had payment issues for posting and it has been pretty tough getting up with someone. Please fix the issues and I will give you 5 stars.

I have asked many sellers questions & not 1 person has got back to me with regards to questions or about buying or trading things i have just been ignored no matter how serious i am about wanting to buy things no one every replies to messages on there posts or even emails you with a reply for me it is a waste if time & effort

I ALMOST GOT SCAMMED!!!!!! The person who tried to purchase a lot of my vaping products . DO NOT TRUST HIM!!! I told him to use PayPal or any of the other 20 secure applications to keep us both safe from fraud. He said he cannot use any of the secure applications. he had a different excuse for each one. We agreed on a price of $105 which he would be guaranteed at least 1 unopened brand new Mod that covers that , plus he would be getting a huge package from me of vape juices, tanks, Mods, coils, batteries, chargers, etc...When he sent me the check he told me that his girlfriend made a mistake and made out a professional company check for $1050. Then he told me to ship the vaping products and the remainder of the money back with it to him. So, I knew this was a scam. I told this Gilbert person that I cashed the check an d am waiting 24 to 42 hours for it to clear... 42 hours later he said that the check as cleared. I said how do you know? He said because my girlfriend told me. The only problem was that I NEVER CASHED THE CHECK!!! How can it clear and the money removed from his girlfriends account when its still sitting on my kitchen table unopened??? DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON THEY ARE A FRAUD.

Great platform to buy and sell vape equipment! Very fair prices to sell stuff on here I love using vape trader, oh and Mark Bailey by the way that was my son who reviewed this not me!!! So I just updated it i have no reason to bash your platform as you said in your email 😜😜😜
