Ten Unanswered Emails. Used item.

I emailed them ten times within a span of a month. No replies from anyone in the company.

I tried the following: info, hello, and vpinsider at vanityplanet.com

Still waiting on a response. I purchased the Ultimate Skin Spa System, and it was clearly a used item. The brushes were dull, and the battery slot was broken.

Why would any respectable company send such cheap and unsanitary items to a customer?

They have a crappy return policy, where they only give you store credit for items that are used. BUT I DID NOT USE THE ITEM.

Store credit is an insult. I would not recommend Vanity Planet.

Order#TVP63162 never received but charged.

I ordered the Facial Pore Cleanser on January 9th,2017. as of January 27th, I had not received it even though it was shipped the same day. Tried contacting them through one of 2 emails they contacted me by. It bounced back many times, so I went on vanityplanet.com and messaged the company. They told me (thevanityplanet.com) is a sham and that if my order number started with TVP, it's fraudulent. Then I was told by the genuine company to contact my credit card company. I have since filed a dispute and am awaiting credit back to my account. it disgusts me.....
