Buyer Warning: Paid ₹2590 for Saree Order, No Shipment or Seller Response After 1 Month
I want to share my experience publicly so that other buyers in India do not lose money to this online shopping website.

Amount Paid: ₹2690
Payment Method: Google Pay (UPI)
I placed an online order for a saree from the above website after seeing their products online. Since the website was showing Shiprocket tracking integration, I believed the seller was genuine and completed full payment in advance through UPI.
Unfortunately, after payment:
* The order was never shipped
* No proper response was received from the seller
* Phone number and WhatsApp are either unreachable or not responding
* The order still shows “Placed” status for more than one month
* No refund has been initiated
What is concerning is that the website appears active and may still be collecting payments from other customers.
I strongly request all online buyers to:
1. Avoid making prepaid payments on unknown shopping websites
2. Verify Google reviews and domain age before ordering
3. Prefer Cash on Delivery whenever possible
4. Be cautious even if courier partners like Shiprocket tracking are shown
I have already:
* Raised complaint with Cyber Crime portal
* Initiated UPI dispute
* Submitted consumer complaint
This post is not intended to target any company unfairly, but to create awareness so other consumers do not face similar issues.
