Ordered 3 x packs of 3 bamboo men’s boxers. Received 2 days later all good.
Cheaper than ordering from Sockshop ( who I actually did not wish to use again after an arrogant and condescending response from their customer service department concerning a problem with identical products which although well out of guarantee period, I felt they should be aware of……they assumed I was trying to get free replacements which I was not!)
Anyway, packing advice in this order is from………Sockshop!

Paid but no goods and no communication
I placed an order on 21st November which was immediately confirmed by email. I have received no goods at all and no further updates. I sent an email to chase on 2nd December but have received no reply. I have lost £31.98.
